Challenge
Sitetrace needed consistent, code-compliant MEP drafting support across a growing number of design projects, including:
– Engineering cover sheets
– HVAC/Mechanical layout for Brookhill
– QC coordination for Vitalspace AirVac
– Site planning and documentation for BHV Townhomes and Factory Set
The in-house team was stretched, and outsourced support had to match their U.S. standards, software stack, and fast-paced delivery needs.

– Fully licensed AutoCAD & Revit BIM Suite workflows
– Engineers trained in U.S. codes and drawing conventions (NEC, ASHRAE)

– All operations are led and quality-controlled by a U.S.-based, PE-certified engineer who personally trains the team and ensures deliverables meet American design standards
– Multi-project coordination including redlines and QC comments
